AP105 PICkit Adaptor Board

Allows a simple transition from the 0.1" connector pins on the PICkit programmer to an IDC connector.

I have used this to make a neat and reliable transition to the Würth SKEDD connector that is used for most of the recent Ambient Power boards that require programming. Takes away the doubt of broken wires when making up adaptor cables.
